Tentang Jurnal Ini

Jurnal Lintas Manajemen (JLM) is a peer-reviewed online journal on every aspect of management. It aims to provide insights and perspectives for scholars, educators, students, practitioners, policy-makers, and decision-makers on marketing management, operation management, financial management, human resource management, strategic management, quality management, performance management, entrepreneurship, education management, and other areas related to management. JLM is published by the Forum Lintas Manajemen, whose members consist of a master's degree program in management from five universities, namely Universitas Padjadjaran, Universitas Pakuan, Universitas Ibnu Khaldun, Universitas Galuh, and STIE Indonesia Banking School. Jurnal Lintas Manajemen is published twice a year.
